Return and refund
How do I submit a return?
In addition to the delivery slip, we attach to each shipment with all necessary documents for the return of the products. To return an item, you must send us a message from contact form specifying your order number or invoice, nothing but receive it we will send you an e-mail with the label return to be able to do it.
In exceptional cases it may happen that the order is delivered in multiple packages. Make sure you return the items listed on the delivery note in a single package. Otherwise, it may take more time to track and reimburse the return. If you return more than one package, of course there will also be no additional costs.
It is very simple:
1. It is essential to place the article in the package in the original packaging.
2. Enter in the package the return.
3. Stick the return label to the outside of the package closed.
4. Finally, delivery of the package at the nearest post office.
If you have forgotten or you've lost the documents of return or the return label is damaged and cannot be used, you'll be able to download these documents again easily through your customer account, print them out and paste them in the package:
1. Log in to your customer account using the email address and password.
2. Click on "Your name" in the top bar.
3. Select "customer Account".
4. Select the summary of the order for which you want to return the item.
5. Mark the corresponding items and click on "Return".
6. Click on "proceed to confirmation page" to generate, download, and print the return and the return label.

The refund will be made after verification of the returned goods via the method of payment used for purchase.
Be sure to return items in the same condition in which you received, as we do not accept returns of damaged items.
Is it possible to directly change a returned item?
Unfortunately, the direct change of a returned item is not possible. As soon as we receive and check the returned item, we will pay the amount of the article through the payment method you selected. Then you will be able to select the desired item.
How can I make a claim on an article?
In the event that an item is our have a problem, you can return it without any charge along with the returns note, indicating the reason for the claim. For more information about returns visit the section "How can I submit a return?".
As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will refund the amount using the payment method you used for the purchase. Then you will be able to make a new order in the article.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for the return?
We take care of the shipping costs of the return. Except if NABULABS checks that the use of this service is fraudulent by the customer.
Since I do not have the return label. Where can I get a new one?
You can download and easily print these documents through your client account:
1. Log in to your customer account using the email address and password.

How can I get my money back?
The refund is carried out according to the method of payment that you used at the time of placing your order. If you paid with credit card, we will refund the amount to the account of the credit card. In the same way if you have made a bank transfer.
What are IBAN and BIC / SWIFT?
IBAN number (international bank account) is your bank account number that begins with "IS". Contains a total of 24 characters (2 letters and 22 digits).
BIC or SWIFT code (bank only) is a bank code internationally standardized with the providers of payment services are identified uniquely throughout the world. How much time do you usually spend until you make effective the refund?

Where can I deliver the package returned?
You can submit your return both in the collection points as in Post offices. For returns that have been sent directly by our business partners, please devuélvelas directly to the trading partner GLS / TIP-SA with the corresponding return label.
What should I do if my item has been damaged during shipping?
In the event that an item is our is damaged or has any problem, you can return it without any charge along with the returns note, indicating the reason for the claim. For more information about returns visit the section "How can I submit a return?".
What time do I have to return an article?
With us, after receiving the order, you have 15 days to return the items.

Will I receive a confirmation of receipt of the return?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund by email when we have received the return.
What address should I send the return?
The exact address of delivery that you should send the return is pre-automatically printed on the return label.
The return label is located on the delivery note included in the delivery.
In case you do not have the packing slip, simply log into your customer account and generates the packing slip and corresponding together with the return label to the order.
The return must be positioned within the package and the label of return must be attached to the outside of the package.
CLIENT NOT REGISTERED
If you placed your order as a non-registered customer you can do the procedure of refund with the Link sent in the confirmation of the sent (confirmation e-mail sent) and continue to do so with the return process.

When did you start to take oil CBD?
I started taking oil of CBD in quarantine, at the end of march or beginning of April. In that moment, as all the world I guess, I was very stressed by the whole situation of the coronavirus. And I am sure that I will take before the exams, because I get stressed a lot. I can't sleep. And I've read that in addition to analgesic is de-stressing.
Why take it?
Now I take it when I'm stressed out after studying. I'm preparing a competition to high school teacher. The competitions are tough, you have to study a lot and are stressful.
